Kouloumbri Farm Joins the ECOFABULANDS CY Project

Continuous Improvement Through Research
We recently participated in the educational workshop of the ECOFABULANDS CY research project, organized by the Open University of Cyprus.
During the workshop, we explored new farming practices, including the use of alternative biomass, reducing the use of traditional fertilizers, and more sustainable soil management. These are practical solutions that can contribute to a more responsible and efficient agricultural future.
Turning Knowledge into Action
Kouloumbri Farm is actively participating in the project as a Lighthouse Farm. We have our own farmland where these practices will be implemented and evaluated under real farming conditions, on the crops that support our dairy farm.
We believe that real progress happens not only through theory, but through practical application.

Continuous learning and collaboration with the scientific community are an important part of our philosophy. Through the ECOFABULANDS CY project, we continue to invest in practices that respect the environment, improve the sustainability of our production, and help build a better future.
The workshop concluded with the presentation of our participation certificate, recognizing our active involvement in the project.
